Iced Latte for my caffeine fix

Sure to keep you cool this summer, this recipe is easy to prepare and you don't need to look any further than your kitchen cupboard! Get your morning caffeine fix along with protein and 28 micronutrients in a single drink! Plus your wallet will thank you.

Prep time: 5 mins | Cook time: zero

  • Coffee 
  • Ice cubes
  • 1 serving of LivStrong (sachet or 6 scoops equivalent)
  • Half cup water

Instructions:

  1. Prepare your coffee as per your usual preference. You can use 3-in-1, coffee granules, brewed coffee, drip coffee, among others.
  2. Separately dissolve LivStrong in half a cup of warm water.
  3. Stir in the LivStrong mixture into your coffee mix
  4. Add ice cubs
  5. Serve and enjoy!
