Not your grandma's boring oatmeal! These healthy overnight oats tastes like sweet mango cobbler and are packed with protein and 28 daily vitamins and minerals.

- 1/2 cup instant oats
- 1-2 tablespoons peanut or almond butter
- 1 tablespoon maple syrup or honey
- 1 serving (1 sachet or 6 scoops) of LivStrong Plus Classic or LivStrong Diabetes Formula
- 200ml water
- 1 cup chopped ripe mangoes (medium size, Davao or Zambales Carabao mangoes recommended). If not available, bananas can be substituted to the recipe.
Directions:
- In a small bowl, dissolve LivStrong into a small amount of warm water then add the balance 200ml water
- Add the rest of the ingredients (except for the fruits). Mix well to ensure there are no lumps and the oats are soaked in the liquid
- Top with your choice of chopped fruits
- Refrigerate overnight and enjoy as breakfast or snack
