Mango overnight oats

Not your grandma's boring oatmeal! These healthy overnight oats tastes like sweet mango cobbler and are packed with protein and 28 daily vitamins and minerals.

Prep time: 10 mins | Cook time: zero

  • 1/2 cup instant oats
  • 1-2 tablespoons peanut or almond butter
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup or honey
  • 1 serving (1 sachet or 6 scoops) of LivStrong Plus Classic or LivStrong Diabetes Formula
  • 200ml water
  • 1 cup chopped ripe mangoes (medium size, Davao or Zambales Carabao mangoes recommended). If not available, bananas can be substituted to the recipe.

Directions:

  1. In a small bowl, dissolve LivStrong into a small amount of warm water then add the balance 200ml water
  2. Add the rest of the ingredients (except for the fruits). Mix well to ensure there are no lumps and the oats are soaked in the liquid
  3. Top with your choice of chopped fruits
  4. Refrigerate overnight and enjoy as breakfast or snack
