My breakfast companion

Whether you take it as breakfast, snack or as meal replacement, LivStrong is a great companion to take with you wherever you go. Simply prepare LivStrong as instructed (if you want a thicker consistency, can lessen the water) and for added fiber, scoop in some oatmeal or your favorite muesli. 

My personal favorite is to have LivStrong for breakfast. Here is my simple recipe - enjoy!

Prep Time: 5 mins | Cook time: 5 mins

  • 3 Tablespoon Old Fashion Oats
  • 2 Cups water (since some will evaporate during cooking)
  • 1 serving (sachet or equivalent to 6 scoops) of LivStrong Classic or Diabetes

Directions:

  1. In a pot, set the water to boil 
  2. Once the water is simmering, add in the oatmeal
  3. Bring to a boil. Keep a close eye because boiling oatmeal will overflow
  4. Transfer to a serving bowl. Add LivStrong and stir until the powder is fully dissolved.
  5. Serve and enjoy!
